What is an SVG subpath?

A subpath is a continuous contour within a path element. One path can contain several subpaths, each open or closed.

Are my SVG files uploaded?

No. Your SVG is processed in your current browser tab. File contents are cleared from the page when you reload or close it.

Why are some parts missing?

This version inspects explicit path elements. Text, reusable symbols and some visual effects are not fully supported. Check the listed limitations for your file.

Does this tool fix my SVG?

This version lets you inspect contours and copy path data. It does not edit or automatically repair your SVG.

Can I use the copied path on its own?

The copied d uses local coordinates. Element and parent transforms are not included. To preserve the original appearance, you may also need styles and the other subpaths that define the fill.
